In our commitment to provide a unique and outstanding experience to all of our clients, we have adopted the following policies:

 

1. Preparedness for Treatment (for mobile clients only)

 

I understand it is my responsibility to provide enough space for the session to occur. If treatment will be done outside of the home setting, it is my responsibility to obtain permission from the location (office, park, care facility, etc.) for treatment to take place. Due to liability concerns, I understand my practitioner may not clear clutter/debris or move furniture to accommodate the treatment table. Should adequate space become unavailable or permission is not granted, I understand my appointment may need to be rescheduled and an administrative fee, due in full prior to rescheduling the appointment, may be applied.

 

2. Cancellation and No Show Policy

 

I understand my practitioner’s time is as valuable as mine. I understand all cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. I understand a cancellation less than 24 hours will result in a rescheduling fee, due in full prior to rescheduling the appointment. I understand clients with 2 or more occurrences may be asked to make payment prior to treatment.

 

3. Tardy Policy

 

Good Vibrations Reiki understands that life happens and sometimes unforeseen events have our arrival time being later than expected. If I will be late, I am to use good faith to notify my practitioner of my estimated time of arrival. I understand this will be reciprocated by my practitioner. I understand clients 15 minutes late or late without notification may receive full or partial treatment as scheduling allows. If treatment cannot be completed due to a late arrival, I understand I will be asked to reschedule the appointment. As with the cancellation policy (see above), I understand a rescheduling fee will be due in full prior to rescheduling the appointment.

 

4. Animal Policy (for all clients)

 

Good Vibrations Reiki provides services to animals as well. I understand the owners/handlers of animal clients must remain on site for the duration of the treatment. I understand animals not being treated during the allotted appointment time must remain fully contained for the safety of my practitioner and the benefit of the client. I understand that some clients are sensitive to animal dander and special accommodations are made to avoid accidental exposure. I further understand it is my responsibility to notify my practitioner of any allergies I may have prior to treatment.

 

5. Practitioner and Client Safety

 

Good Vibrations Reiki puts the safety of their clients and practitioners first. I understand that if at any time I desire to stop treatment, temporary or permanent, it is my responsibility to notify my practitioner. I understand I must notify my practitioner of any changes in my health or condition for the most informed treatment possible. I understand some situations may require a signed note from my physician or veterinarian to resume or commence treatment. I understand if at any time my practitioner does not feel comfortable treating a client, human or otherwise, it is their right to refuse.

 

6. Practitioner and Client Conduct

 

 We aim to provide a relaxing and professional service to our clients. I understand my practitioner will maintain conduct consistent with this goal at all times. I understand I am expected to maintain the same level of conduct as my practitioner. I understand aggressive, rude, suggestive, threatening, demeaning, or otherwise inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of services with no refund (see below).

 

7. Refund Policy

 

I understand it is the policy of Good Vibrations Reiki that no refunds will be offered for services rendered. I understand any unused portion of a purchased package may be applied to another service in lieu of a refund. In the event a mistake is made by Good Vibrations Reiki, I understand I may be compensated in an amount and/or manner of their discretion.

 

8. Grievances

 

I understand it is my responsibility to notify Good Vibrations Reiki of any issues I may encounter during the course of my treatments. I understand notification must be submitted by email at amanda.mcmahon86@gmail.com and that any other notification will be refused. I understand my treatments will be put on hold until a resolution is reached. I agree not to leave negative reviews or take any action to mar Good Vibrations Reiki’s name, intended or otherwise, until all efforts to resolve the situation have been exhausted.

 

9. Discounts and Reduced Pricing

 

 I understand that discounts may be offered at times due to contests, coupons, specials, and certain situations. I recognize that the pricing I may have been quoted included such a discount and future services may not reflect the original discounted price. I understand that every effort to provide me with the most cost effective option will be made by Good Vibrations Reiki.

 

10. Payment Policy

 

I understand payment is due in full at the time of service unless other arrangements have been previously discussed. I understand in the event a payment plan is initiated, my payment will be processed as scheduled. I understand that a missed payment will result in remaining balance to be paid in full before further treatment is offered. I further understand that returned payments will result in a $25 fee to be paid in full prior to resuming services.
